EXECUTIVES

Our Focus

Fiseq lightBlue square logo

With the advent of the knowledge age and the myriad of disruptions already impacting leaders, we support executives and their teams to identify and build the performance factors needed to thrive in their unique future external circumstance.

Whether we serve a client as simply a mentor or coach or are involved in a far more complex transformation, we always follow a proprietary approach.

With individual leaders we focus on their purpose, values, leadership style, skills and capabilities needed to be an effective fit for the future.

We then work with leaders and their teams to do the same on their organisations.

Like with individual leaders we focus on determining the right set of performance factors to be fit for the future. These factors span: strategy, purpose, culture, values and behaviour. We call this an organisation's Essence.

Lastly, we evaluate the organisational capabilities to develop the leadership, talent, teams, structures and dynamics needed for organisational performance.

With clarity on the future context; essence and organisational capabilities, we can also work with you, to build actionable operating models which show how you can clarify the optimal split of capabilities delivered by humans and machines.

Helping you survive, thrive and dominate.

FUTURE CAPABILITIES

Questions we address

To prepare leaders and organisations to deliver exceptional performance in the future, we look across 6 lenses all required and interrelated to map out the factors and capabilities required for the unique performance environment a business faces.

"Many organisations jump to solving the tactical problems around people, process and technology without recognising the importance of mapping out their "unique" environmental systemic layers, critical to determining the critical levers for unlocking future performance success. We call this: Outside in Thinking"
Joel Segal
Founder, Fiseq
OUTSIDE IN = PERFORMANCE FIT

Multiple Systemic Layers

Our "outside in" thinking is like a layered onion!  It starts with mapping out the contextual layer - the external Environment and Legitimacy (Risk and Regulation).

We then determine the optimal middle layer, your Essence needed to thrive in that external context - purpose, strategy and culture.

The Capability Performance Fit (inner layer) comes from defining and aligning the specific performance capabilities - team, talent, process and technology within the context of these layers.

Only when all layers are aligned and integrated will peak performance be obtained.

OUR APPROACH

Future back and "Outside in", in Action

Leveraging this "Outside in" thinking, whether we serve a client as simply a mentor/coach or are involved in a far more complex transformation, we always follow a robust, proprietary approach.

Once again the systemic layering underpins our systemic approach to ensure that a performance model is achieved that maximises the fit between the organisational capabilities and environmental context - both future and current.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

A unique combination of analytical and intuitive skills…

“What sets Joel (Fiseq) apart in helping organisations and people is a rare ability to combine multiple skills - not found often in others. He mixes intuition and analytical critique simultaneously, to rapidly get to root causes and effect. He is probably one of the most commercially savvy people I’ve worked with, however perfectly balanced with putting people first – individually and in people centric cultures.”
